Any SkyWest pilots - any idea how junior Houston, Colorado Springs, and Denver are? Any thoughts on the probability of getting them out of training?
Thanks in advance!

I have an interview at Skywest next week. I know it's probably the toughest in the industry, but aside from that, if offered a job how long until one could expect a class start date? Do they offer jobs on site? I'm butting up to two class start dates the following week and will have to $h!t or get off the pot.

The most junior FO in all three of those bases has less than 2 months seniority. All three are possible right away or shortly out of training. COS is the most junior with under a year and a half on reserve. IAH and DEN are closer to 2 years before you can hold a line.

Does anyone know if the DCI 200's still planning on being completely wound down by the end of 2015? Is the MSP base pretty much gone when that happens?

Interview complete. If you're applying there, HAVE YOUR CRAP TOGETHER FOR THE INTERVIEW. Make sure you go pay for and do several simulator rides before you go. At least 3 guys did not make it through the interview process due to the sim, and there were good dudes. There's plenty of gouge out there about the technical questions, both on the test and in the interview - know that stuff cold or don't even bother showing up. They're not just taking whoever shows up.
It's your friendly CRM partner here It was a pleasure meeting you and the rest of the guys. I ended up not having to do the sim…during the debrief they told me to expect an offer this week.
Totally agree with you on your assessment of the interview.
For anyone who's planning on a SkyWest interview, make sure you are sharp on sim procedures using old-style steam gauges and raw data (no GPS, no glass, etc…it's a Frasca.) And also make sure you study the gouge…which, fortunately, is spot-on accurate.

That is very true, I ageee with you 100%.. The SKW interview is NOT forgiving at all..
Even I fell victim to the mighty Frasca. Everything else went great but I made 1 stupid mistake, actually 2 really dumb mistakes in the sim & that was it.
I had big hopes on SKW & I am really very disappointed now.
So to all the aspiring people, do not take this interview lightly if you want to get hired here...

Hey, your interview prep worked on me, that's for sure. Our CRM exercise went pretty darn well, don't you think? And that's due to you…I did not have the benefit of any pre-interview CRM prep. Of course, you being a fighter pilot and all, I'm surprised you didn't come up on Guard and ask for "Viper Two-Six" to blow us out of the sky, just in case there was an Al Qaeda operative on board
