It means that starting pay is $22 but at some point when they can't fill classes the company will raise it to $24 without having to put it to a pilot vote.

How generous of them. Makes up for that 1% raise the rest of the pilots overwhelmingly voted in.

Must have mixed you guys up with all of the other airlines who are making profits and voting on raises. Forgot your "pay proposal" was flat for 90% of the pilots.

Is there any guys in here based in FAT or SFO? If so, do you commute? Any commuters from Sacramento area that drive? Would it be easy to get on the EMB120 in FAT or SFO as a new hire?

On the EMB, FAT almost always goes junior so yes. I was awarded SFO on the first bid award after IOE, so you probably wouldn't wait long for either if you were initially based somewhere else
