Go in and act excited to be there and know your stuff! Gouges helped out quite a bit, but they'll still ask you a few other things about your plane/ regs I didn't see coming. Just study up really! Good luck!

I interviewed at 4 airlines and SkyWest was by more the most thorough and intense interview. They do a great job of getting you at ease and comfortable but you had better come prepared. They aren't just giving jobs away to guys who show up like a lot of other regionals. You still have to earn your job there.

There were 10 of us the day I went. 3 disappeared before the day was over, 2 of us got calls the same day (trying to fill 1/27 class) and I haven't heard that anyone else has received a call yet. It was just over a week ago though.

IIRC about half of our interview group was offered positions. Seems like SKW won't hire anybody just to fill a class which isn't a bad thing. PM me if you're in the 1/27 class.
