Utah is correct. Keep in mind that these three domiciles are very small, with TUS being the smallest RJ domicile at SkyWest.

FAT = 34 crews
PSP = 20 crews
TUS = 15 crews.

Yep, TUS is tiny and the first half of FO's are very senior, the bottom half pretty jr. I could care less about only flying the 200, my QOL is awesome. I just pick up open time out of other bases and keep current on the 700/900.

How the drive my friend? Still can't hold a line in PHX or is it just that much better down in TUS?

The drive sucks, just missed getting caught up in a 21 vehicle accident that killed 3 due to a sand storm a few weeks ago heading to work. It's only 4 or 5 times a month so it's ok. I would be on RSV in PHX, but hold a guaranteed line in TUS. Even if I could hold a line in PHX I probably wouldn't go cause the flying is much more interesting here! How's ORD? Let me know when you have some open time on a 7 or 9 and ill pick it up!

So I just read through 50 or so pages and it seems nobody asked about IAH. How senior of a base is it and can someone get it out of training?
How senior to hold a line?
What are the lines like as far as types of trips?
Number of legs per day?
How long are the overnights and where are they?
How many crews do they have in IAH?

Thanks

IAH is getting more junior every month. Soon there should be new hires coming to houston. I think there are only a couple of people on the transfer list.
How senior to hold a line?
1.5-2 years as of now
What are the lines like as far as types of trips?
Mainly 4 day 700 trips. A 200 occasionally.
Number of legs per day?
2-5
How long are the overnights and where are they?
From Tampico to Saskatoon. Seriously there are overnights everywhere. The length is 9-35 hours
How many crews do they have in IAH?
110 crews

Thanks
I hope this helps.

It is important to point out that, as a first-year pilot, you will not be eligible for BHO, it is straight first-year pay no matter what variant you fly. Also, after your first year BHO does count towards your guarantee if you are on reserve, but if you don't break the 75 hours of credit, you will not be paid BHO, either.

So basically, other than being able to feel extra cool about flying "the big planes", it won't mean squat to you whether you fly the 200, 700, or 900 until you're off probation. ;-)
