Is SkyWest getting fat on the FO side yet, it seems like they have hired quite a few? Where are they putting all the FOs, I didn't think the Brasilia fleet was that big.

I don't know about getting fat, I haven't been able to drop anything in months due to lack of reserve coverage. We've had quite a few transition to the RJ off the Bro recently as well. It sounds like we're losing both Captains and FOs to other jobs at an increasing pace too.

Yessir, it seems that if a company is hiring we're having guys get hired there. I'm sure it is a similar story across all regional carriers.

The brasilia is actually really thin on FOs because they didn't run transition classes to the RJ for about 8 months. Once they started running transition classes again the flood gates opened and a bunch of people left the bro in a short time period because hardly anyone was seat locked anymore due to the stagnation. As far as I know most of the people in the first July brasilia new hire class got lines right out of training. I went from #29 in domicile to #12 in two months and then transitioned myself.

I got a line right away when I went over to the RJ and I'm still super junior in domicile. We seem pretty thin in the junior RJ bases too.

Hey guys, I have an interview coming up in a few days, can you tell me how long I can expect until I can hold DEN if I'm offered a CRJ class? COS would be fine too until I get Denver. Thanks!

Junior guys are about one year now, but I think COS was going very junior for a while so if there's movement maybe you could get in sooner. YMMV.
