Cool, Im trying to get to pdx on the EM2. Right now I see CRJ 27 FO's in pdx just wondering if they are adding more to that or if 27 is going to be fully staffed for the amount of flying.

Also how do you guys figure out the date of hire of people? I only see the emp# and sen#.

Pete thats great you are almost back to SEA!

They are expanding, but the November transfers for the additional slots were already awarded several months ago. If you want to know someone's hire date, you need to look them up in the directory on SWOL.

I would imagine so. MSP and IAH have been the "junior" bases in recent history, but there is only one person left on the bid list for DEN who isn't seat locked until the summer or has a future "after" date. If you got the CRJ as a new hire you could probably hold it fairly quickly.

What would your rough estimate of fairly quickly be? Thanks!

Also, I heard COS was going junior. So in case, if you couldn't hold DEN out of training, then is there a possibility to get COS and maybe transfer to DEN within a few months as you said?

Both are CRJ bases right? And are just flying for United?

Yes, COS and DEN are both CRJ only. Flying is typically UAL Express, but occasionally Delta. COS has been pretty junior recently also, but is significantly smaller and has less movement (quite a few DEN first officers have just been awarded various captain positions), so you could probably hold one for a few months until you got the other. It really just depends on what the company needs at the time you get hired. The West Coast is the most senior and it generally goes more junior as you look East.

IAH isn't very junior now. It was assumed to go junior when it opened but seems to have gone a little senior seeing how its mostly 700 flying. Right now it's about middle of the pack. Would love some guys behind me though!
