Don't worry - like I said, a change to your travel benefits is coming. DAL will put those on the table with the rate reset. So enjoy it while you can, I haven't had decent benefits since Northwest Airlines was in play.

Thanks for all these suggestions. Are all of these compatible with the Bro and CRJ? I am going to the Bro but if I am going to have to drop several hundred bucks on a headset I would rather get one that can use if I eventually transition ito the CRJ n a couple of years.
A lot of guys wear the Lightspeed Zulus, I'd recommend them.

Whatever you can wear for hours on end that won't give you a headache. I wore my DC's, 13.4's, I think, all through flight instructing and thought they were comfy enough. Then I started flying the bro, and I was getting the worst headaches from the noise and the weight of the headset after 14 hour 8 leg days. Even wearing earplugs underneath wasn't enough. Getting the Bose aviation headset (monthly payment plan, baby!) was the best decision I could have made. They're expensive, but how much do you value your hearing? On the RJ, I rarely use the noise cancelling now unless I'm on the 700 with the noisy fans, but the comfort factor is worth it.

Talk to any flight attendant who has been on the bro for awhile. You'll find that they're practically deaf in their right ear. doh!

Ok how about the Bose Aviation X model. I believe that is the previous one to the A20 but it is only $500 vice the $1,095 they want for the A20? Anybody use that one?
