Do you know how many went to PSP? Also going back to another question about the luggage. Do you have to have a jepp case in addition to the roller luggage and tote you mentioned? You said the tote holds your charts and stuff but then you also said it sits on top of a jepp case. I know it seems trivial, but before I drop a few hundred I want to make sure I'm getting the right stuff you know.

Thanks for the help!

There's a Jepp case already in the plane that holds all of the manuals. Your flight bag sits on top of that. I have a roller, a chart bag and an ebags cooler.

At least one went to PSP. On the Brasilia you pretty much get wherever you're trying to go within a few months. There's a lot of movement on the Bro side. It's a lot different than the RJ. The only bases that are tough to get into are SBP and SLC. There are still some pretty junior people in those even.

I think 2 went to PSP from the last class if I remeber correctly and even 1 got SBP. The only base that didn't get awarded from the first class was SLC.

Something with ANR. It's a loud little plane. I use the Bose Headset X. Lots of people have the bose quiet comfort with the uflymike setup. I've seen some light speeds but those are a bit big to carry around in my opinion.

Something without ANR in the bro will probably make you go deaf.

Yes, ANR for sure. Even if you can't afford it. The Bose QC-15/U-Fly combo is an affordable alternative to the off-the-shelf ANY sets (SKW does not require the TSO).

The telex 850 and similar will NOT block enough sound in the bro, you need full over-ear headsets.

Thanks for all these suggestions. Are all of these compatible with the Bro and CRJ? I am going to the Bro but if I am going to have to drop several hundred bucks on a headset I would rather get one that can use if I eventually transition ito the CRJ n a couple of years.

Not breaking news, but timeline for MRJ delayed 1.5 years.
