I understand people living in ORD/MSP/IAH not wanting to do it but it seems like a good deal for people in west coast bases.
By the time the level-off starts to hurt you can probably upgrade on the jet anyway.

Totally different situation. If somebody is senior enough to upgrade on the Brasilia, they are a senior CRJ FO (in most bases anyway) and able to bid high credit months on the 700/900.

PHX and SLC. You will not fly those exclusively (unless you're super-senior), and we fly all three variants interchangeably, so one week you might fly the 900 and fly the 700 on the same trip, the next week you might do a 200 trip. Keeps things interesting.

Most crews in SLC, MSP,IAH, ORD, LAX are 900 qualified since they do have DL 7/9 pairings in those bases probably other bases too, those are just ones I know of

We def have 900 pairings in IAH. I'm pretty junior there and can get them if I bid for them depending on the type of trip they are.

Can anyone recommend good travel bags and chart carriers that fit good inside the 120? Any insight on a good setup would be great!

I'm really impressed with your ability to make sweeping generalizations about 3200 pilots.
