Be very polished in your physical appearance. Power tie. Bring your copies, extras too. Read all the stuff at the beginning of the Jep plates. If you don't know something don't bs it. If they try to teach you something LISTEN they're seeing if you'll try to learn from the captain or just act like you're in charge. If you get the chance to pick a seat in the CRM scenario pick the captain. When you're asked to describe a system do so in minute detail, they'll just breeze past if you're well versed in the system they ask about. If you start to stammer they'll dig. They don't expect perfection, just solid effort. Act like an FO when they start to TELL you things, answer with confidence when they ASK you things. The interview team is full of goid guys but they will try to get in your head a bit. Do not argue. And do not argue. Good luck.

I'm interviewing next week. I'm sure that will cause slats to curl up in the fetal position in some dark corner somewhere.

Nah I'm sure you'll post about interview room A vs interview room B and which one you should pick

Well, if you have any insight I'm all ears.

There's actually one more regional comparison thread I've been contemplating, but I figure I'll wait until SKW actually offers me a position before I do.

Please save us from the heartache.

Studying in progress. Humbleness in place (believe it or not). This will be my third 121 interview in less than a month.

I've got a couple of buds there now and I've gleaned a lot of info from them.

At the same time, I've got an offer in hand from a turboprop 121 with a legit 2 year upgrade.

Decisions, decisions. Buy you knew that already.

Oh geeze, let me guess Silver, Great Lakes, Commutair? Upgrade doesn't matter man... Many airlines have removed the 1000TPIC requirement. In 3-4yrs it ain't going to matter anyway because everyone will be hiring like gangbusters.
