The training department told me there are no new hires, transitions or upgrade scheduled for the rest of the year.

The hiring department told me possible new hire classes in the summer.

Nothing concrete. Depends on attrition, or lack of it I guess.

I'm completely with you on that point as well. However, since that isn't going to probably ever happen, I figured I would try and wish everybody the best with the way the industry now works. That was all. Not everything should be taken in a negative light.
