IAH has 0 200s

Hi everyone, I left Xjet about 8 months ago to fly corporate since they are losing planes left and right, and probably no future there. I guess I made a stupid decision. I found out yesterday our plane is most likely up for sale, but I have about 2 months to find something before it's officially "gone". I am considering SkyWest for a possible next move if it comes to that. What's the overall morale at SkyWest? Good, bad, ugly? Also...I would hope to get IAH as a base eventually. What's the seniority at IAH? Is it CRJ only?..which is fine. Any constructive advice is appreciated. Thanks!

The morale here is better than most places. Houston is taking 6-9 months to get right now and it's mid senority for our bases. IAH is all 700 so it's not bad. If you need any specifics shoot me a pm

IAH is all 700/900. I think SEA is as well. Trips are built so that you're either always on the 200 or the 700/900. On reserve you can fly anything.

how did the recent vacancy award end up shaking out, upgrades below 4 years again? IAH shrinking or y'all keeping those UA 700's?
