With all the upgrades they're running it would make more sense to backfill the CRJ up to 70 reserves so the top of the list can upgrade. I sense some kind of announcement for the 175 since it just doesn't seem to make any sense.

Quick question, how come some trips in open time are within the window but not highlighted red and don't have an added incentive?
I think reserve staffing has to be below 60%
Which of course to begin with is a number they make up so... Surprise!

What makes it stranger is that a huge majority of the people who will upgrade in the next year will be from the CRJ. Not many people on the 175 are senior enough to hold upgrade within the next year. Running lots of upgrades isn't going to shrink down the 175 FO population by much.

Does SKW have any bases that are exclusively -700s (or 900s) so avoiding the -200 is possible? Or do they move you from airframe to airframe anyway during the course of a trip?
