Yep. Sorry the information can't be screened and censored like on the SAPA forums. Site is a joke and our association feels like that and some weekly calls is how to help this pilot group. At least I have a chance at extra flying for 15% now. I have been flying OT for straight time for the last 2 years since it is forced on my bid.
Seems like 83% of our workgroup sent a pretty clear message that they don't feel like an EC vote is worth their 5 minutes. If you don't want dirty laundry everywhere, take care of the small issues before they become big ones.

If things were great then there wouldn't be any dirty laundry to air.

It has been 150% inside 120 hours for the 10 years or so I've been here.
It goes red on sked- 72 hours prior (coding thing), but it still pays VJM inside 120.

The lifers don't want the outside world to see that SGU has started to lose control of the minions and it's getting worse. I am picking up everything I can to get out of here as it's much worse than I though. Interview at compass in February.

Yes, at 120 hours they start assigning to reserves. If there are no reserves you get it at 150%. If there less reserves than mins, you can usually negotiate for them to give the trip to you for 150%. If there are too many reserves, you won't get 150%.
Again, you are wrong. Look it up in the PPM before you spouting off false comments on a forum, which makes you look inept.
I can't tell you how wrong you are.

Believe me I know the rules. I just wish SGU would follow them.
Awesome! They have a thread here too!
Great decision. I'm thinking about doing the same.
