Well in the base I am in they are putting us at 90+ hours. If you do the math that is 5 hours per duty period working 19 duty periods. I bid 7 hour trips and half are not awarded/replaced with crap trips so I have to work the full 19 days while they give my good paying trips to junior guys. It doesn't matter if you commute, live in base, or strip on the side. The company needs to follow senority period. I don't see why our pilots are so ignorant to the fact that the company doesn't want the bids published.

What base/equipment are you on, and do you live in base? There are ways to get more days off and/or get specific days off to spend with your family. I spent 14 days on reserve over the past 1.5 months without getting called which meant I got to put my infant daughter to bed at night. That's huge and obviously something you want as well.

9 days at min is 36 but could be as high as 60ish. So you are telling me when you have the luxury of have 60% reserve coverage you only have to work roughly 15-30 hours per month while getting 75. Yeah I would probably be a little less bitter with that. Good for you and I am glad you are getting to spend some time with your new little one.

Anyone get a jacked up bid? PBS awarded me a single trip period? No didnt try anything different this month I just bid the way I usually do. I assume there is a error .
Can somebody provide some background on J.B. who's running for SAPA VP? I understand a lot of people are not happy with him for stuff a while back. That was before my time, can somebody provide some backstory?
Don't say s to anybody. Take it as a present
Even 18 is just too much.

Are you a guaranteed line holder? That's pretty odd. I got two 4 days assigned but I am composite.
