I would go with 1350/100. SkyWest career page is showing that. There is a Emb upgrade class 12/3, one would assume a new hire Emb class shortly before that. One week indoc for new hires and then both classes train together.

Thanks for the reply, to make it more confusing airlineapps says 1200/100. Guess I'll just have to be patient!

My friend at ORD has 10 months seniority and switches between a line and a composite line in the summer, then said he's back to reserve with the reduction in lines in the winter. I would figure at least a year on the CRJ.
On the Brasilia you can hold a line in PSP almost right out of training, and most junior lineholder in SFO right now is about 5 months. The more senior bases you will still hold a line within a year on the brasilia probably.

That's what they are doing now, but nothing says they have to. They will train upgrades and new hires separately if their needs dictate.

You're probably the same kinda guy who tells the world Obama is killing our country....yet when it behooves you, you support unions and health care regulation I kid, obviously I don't know you, but a lot of pilots seem to speak out of both sides of their mouth.
Anyway, for what its worth, I've had the CDHP for 4 years and had no issues, granted I'm under 30 with no pre-existing conditions and I've only had to use it for a couple ugly sinus infections and one case of pnemonia....with the HSA allowances I haven't paid a dime out of pocket. That being said, the "perceived" loss of healthcare bennies at SkyWest was a real bummer for a lot of families....cousin Chip and his antics

Well if he is the guy kind of guy who knows Obama is killing our country then he is a VERY SMART guy............... The SkyWest health care plan is below average and costs a little bit more than most other "reputable" places inside and outside of the aviation industry. Aviation companies do not have anywhere near the quality of benifits that "normal" companies provide to the rest of the company. Perhaps you do not understand this since you are under 30 and do not have much experience working for companies that provide a quality benefit package, like government employees and other private sectors. If you do some unbiased research with an open mind you will find health care is already getting worse because of Obamacare. Ask most health care people how it will affect the quality of care? You might be surprised by their answers..
