Thanks guys.
Only %150 if you pick up a company posted trip inside 72 hours. Outside of the 72 hour mark, it pays normal.

Wasn't there something in the new package where we get additional pay picking something up as far out as 15 days? I've never seen it but I remember something about that...

There was something in the new pay package about an increasing scale based on MRS (minimum reserve staffing) Like everything else, it was worded heavily in favor of the company and will not benefit us much. Main reason is because they can adjust the MRS each day. So what will happen is they will put the MRS just high enough to avoid paying the extra money, but not high enough that we can drop or do anything with our schedules. It goes into effect on January 1st.

For December it appeared my base was going to have quite a few days that were about the minimum reserve for November. With a couple clicks of the keyboard, CS upped the minimum for Dec by 5 and viola, now every day is below minimums. Good thing I don't need to worry about cashing in my user time, since I am forced to use platinum days to work less than 90 hours. 7+ years seniority and I am forced to work 90+ hours during our supposed slow season. So for all of you that are able to pickup that time and a half, I am happy that you have the ability to make a little extra cash.

I don't blame company for reducing the ot pay with reference to time. they had plenty of guys that were sitting like ninjas waiting to help out for 150%. They were arguably overpaying in the market.
I'm going to get a small slice of enjoyment when one of those guys start complaining about the even more aggressive guys not waiting for 150%.

They're doing it. It's considered soft time (per payroll) therefore soft time rates(200). Just curious if anyone in a -700 only base is noticing regular jet pay.

Yes they do it. You are only paid override on actual block. The rest is 200 pay.
