I've heard the ppo plan is ridiculous for a family to the tune of a grand a month. So expect an hsa and I have no idea how much that is for a family. And I believe it's only a sign on bonus for a CL-65 type. Maybe a 175 type?

PPO is more like $500 a month for a family of 5. Still a lot.

The Value Plan with HSA for family of 3 with dental and vision runs about $220 a month. The company contributes $250 into your account every quarter (even if you don't contribute anything).

Hi guys,
I am a foreigner who has received an offer on the 175 for Skywest. I am trying to find some accurate information on some of the working conditions and benefits at Skywest.
- Where are the most junior bases on the 175?
- Am I eligible for travel benefits on all carriers operated by the 175 or just who I operate for out of my base?
- Average block hours and days off for a 175 FO?
- Would the CRJ be a better option for career advancement/QoL?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
