Not sure. It is getting to the point that it's staffed pretty well, but there are more deliveries on the way. Just depends on what they need when you interview. If you are already typed I'd assume they would want you in class sooner rather than later. Your best bet would be to talk to a recruiter.

Thanks for the info guys. So it sounds like I'd need to dedicate about 5 weeks of time. Was hoping it'd be shorter than that!

Do they get you into sim quickly since you're already on property, or do you wait like the new hires? Also, are you still "CRJ Current", meaning, do they just put you on a CRJ line until you finish your IOE?

I had the choice of going straight into sim or having a week off. Just depends on your seniority in the class (or your sim partner's) and what's available.

The other guy has the same initials as a religious figure that has a famous father and the last guy has the same initials as the shipping company DHL minus the L.

Week ending 10/30 we lost one more that was around 28 seniority and has the same initials as Lawrence Taylor.

Week ending 11/6 we have 6 more pilots that were on the list the previous week that are no longer on there. Domicile seniority is in the 60 for the two that share initials with Tom Brady and Chris Rock. Two more have their seniority in the 80's and share initials with John Rockifeller and Aaron Hernandez. The last two have seniority numbers in the 120's and initials similar to Don Undertaker and Kim Anderson.

These could be people that no-showed and just got taken off the list, but everyone I list as missing was on our seniority list at some point. I'm not sure what is okay to post or not, so please forgive the riddles and pseudonyms.
In the "old days" they wouldnt add any pilot to the list until about a week into class HR stuff. Now with the CPT, Cadet and E175 online pre class training. People get added/taken off the list all the time.. Dont judge failure/attrition rate off of the bottom 200 on the list...

Are they running ERJ classes every two weeks? Anyone have class schedules?

There are lots of smiley faces with unscratched stealth bags and new Bose headsets. They even think they will be upgrading in 2 years when it took them over 100 of IOE.

Rather have a guy with a Dunlop who knows a good happy hour and some off color jokes then the "I'm an airline pilot take me seriously" veggie wrap dorks I have ran across.
