My newhire class didn't lose 6 until about year 7, mostly due to career changes. Day one or 6 days, that number is staggering. Do they pink em or allow a resignation?

Before the post was deleted, I thought it was something about posting a screenshot from the SOP on GroupMe (app for group text messages) that had a LCA in the group. That sounded like it was strike two. Said RJ was able help and I am assuming it was a resignation vs termination.

Apparently the brand new sim instructors are failing people much more because that's what management wants, the fail numbers are below the mandate and the senior instructors won't and are getting relieved of duties.
I'd either go to the 175 or go somewhere else.

The company is approved to run a short course for pilots with CL-65 type ratings, but they said they'd need more than just a couple pilots here and there to run one. My class of 62 had only 2-3 dudes with CL-65 types.

Can you elaborate please? This doesn't seem to make much sense. If anything I would see the company want to see more people passing while senior sim instructors refuse a sign off if things aren't up to snuff...
