Houston is shrinking. 5 FO's left on this bid and the rumor in IAH is the 700 contract is done so who knows if there will even be an IAH base for OO next year. In the last year we are down 40 crews in Houston.

40 crews? Not true. The entire time I've been around Houston has been 90 fos.

Good, if you can't pass the system test on the first try, you don't belong working at SkyWest, or any airline for that matter.
I've been above average and have never heard a peep. When I was a rep guys would occasionally get a call over 20 days but it was more of 'how are things going, any thing we can do?' type call.
I've also had a number of EMER days this year (deaths in the family, haven't seen my wife in weeks, etc.) and still no calls.
So usually not a huge deal, I think you need to really have a lot of days/issues with a repeatable pattern to get on the radar.

20 occurrences is a lot. Not arguing about the PN/CN thing though. One captain I flew with the other day said he had an FO call in sick for an entire month, simply because he didn't feel like working...umm.
