For captains. Senior FOs can't really transition to it if they're anywhere close to upgrade due to the seat lock. With the company claiming the upgrade time is going to keep dropping I'd be near our switching to it as a moderately senior FO.

I look at the pairing set to see if there are any trips that I DO NOT want included. if there are SEVERAL trips that show up and are not trips that I want, I double check the pairing properties and line properties I've set.
I don't necessarily get the trips I want, but I did not get any trips that don't meet my preferences. Thats what has worked for me over the past few months. I bid around 50%.

It doesn't seem to matter to PBS what your seniority can hold. On the SAPA forums there's a Denver guy bidding 20% and he just had nearly his entire month CN'd.
And the company wonders why reliability is in the toilet.
Our planes only came with the two jumpseats required for the FA's. No additional jumpseats installed.

Not if they can help it! I've seen lots of decreases in benefits in my time at the regionals. I've yet to see any increase in benefits. I forsee "delta benefits only for 175 pilots based in a Delta domicile" coming kind of like our AA and AS benefits.

The current domicile vacancy report shows 0 vacancies across the board... Is this correct or are they going to publish a different one soon?
