For captains. Senior FOs can't really transition to it if they're anywhere close to upgrade due to the seat lock. With the company claiming the upgrade time is going to keep dropping I'd be near our switching to it as a moderately senior FO.

How does SkyWest utilize the FA JS. Can EV pilots ride in the FA JS on the 175? Curious because Compass won't allow it, only Compass pilots. Any guidance is appreciated and thank you in advance!

Not sure when it changed but up until a few years ago, a 700 checkout qualified you for both the 700 and 900. This was only for FOs. Captains have always needed a separate checkout.

That's all well and good, but out of the 14 standups I bid for in November, I was awarded 8. Then 7 of them were 'replaced/ not awarded', and two four day CN trips inserted.

It doesn't seem to matter to PBS what your seniority can hold. On the SAPA forums there's a Denver guy bidding 20% and he just had nearly his entire month CN'd.

And the company wonders why reliability is in the toilet.

Our planes only came with the two jumpseats required for the FA's. No additional jumpseats installed.

Not if they can help it! I've seen lots of decreases in benefits in my time at the regionals. I've yet to see any increase in benefits. I forsee "delta benefits only for 175 pilots based in a Delta domicile" coming kind of like our AA and AS benefits.

The current domicile vacancy report shows 0 vacancies across the board... Is this correct or are they going to publish a different one soon?
