Maybe if you changed your bid settings to "ANY" from "SLC" you'd see some action jackson.
They hired a lot of people 4 years ago. The most junior captain is 3 years 8 months but the 3.5 year guys still have a couple hundred between them and the most junior captain. I'm at 3.5 years, would take any base for upgrade and I still don't think I'll be able to get an upgrade until spring or late winter at the earliest.

When I was in training they had 80 new hires in the training center that had been hired that month. Two CRJ classes and one Brasilia class. If they run upgrades at ~30 per month I could potentially upgrade 3 months after even the people I was in training next to who were hired a week before me.

There were over 300 hired at the end of 2011, and hardly any have been awarded upgrade.

How long could a new hire expect to be on reserve in SFO on the RJ?
