Ask those who were hired in 08 and sat in the pool till late 2010 if "that’s a long time to wait around."

Starting in October, the training department is supposed to be running at full capacity indefinitely. Take it for what it's worth. I don't think you'll have to worry about being on the bottom.

I would'nt say the training is maxed out. In 05/06' time frame SkyWest ran 70 newhires every 3 weeks.. Think there half that now.. But i will say, they seem "full steam ahead Captain"...
