I distinctly remember the proposal being posted in its entirety on the SAPA site, but good luck finding it now on that sorry excuse mess of a web site.
Actually, I just did a simple search on the SAPA site and was able to find it. It's dated April 8th 2015.

Quoted directly from the policy proposal:

G. Device Usage
1) Use of the EFB during operation will be in accordance with applicable federal aviation regulations (FARs) and Company policy at all times.
2) No pilot will be required to acknowledge scheduling changes on the EFB nor will EFB functionality be limited by the Company for failure to acknowledge notification until a mutually agreed upon reflow/rescheduling policy with SAPA can be developed.

They publish awards as they go. It takes a few days at first but they start doing awards maybe 3-4 days after close?

Even if it shows 0 vacancies, you can still get in if someone transfers out.

My guess is that the TA from 5 months ago is way different from the one on TG's desk. One SAPA rep basically said it is pointless for us to keep trying to play hide and seek, and that they will get us if they want and we should try to get SOME pay for getting reflowed.

I am willing to give the benefit of doubt to see what we get, but I have quit holding my breath that the company will do what's right. Operational performance is the top priority right now, so they could give a crap less if they are taking you off your good overnight or making your rest go from 18 hours to 10. Again, all this would be avoided if they would just make it worth our time. It is a junior man assignment and should be treated as such. Or they can higher more pilots and use reserves for more than OBR. There may be an underlying issue of why nobody wants to help out anymore. Maybe that should tell them something??

No one wants to help, because they have helped, in the past, and been cornholed for their efforts. Those who had been on reserve for more than a few months will attest to this....

My experience has echoed what CCB is saying. Helping SS will get you nowhere when you need help from SS yourself. Voting in any policy that makes "helping" SS mandatory is incredibly shortsighted.

No involuntary reflows.
Voluntary reflows must be paid 1.5X the original pairing, or the credit of the reflow, per day, whichever is GREATER
Voluntary reflows MUST end within the original pairing footprint based on latest ETD (NOT scheduled time!!!).
Crewmembers "stuck" in base as a result of a reflow are guaranteed a hotel room.

Anything else is a huge concession.

If we don't get 1.5X, we are incentivizing the company to run lean.
They already run lean and we will pay for this with a continued degradation of QOL.
It is probably cheaper to pay a guy 1.5 over properly staffing anyway.
