SkyWest has done a lot to keep our pilot's priority on our aircraft. Ask a TSA or GoJet pilot what their priority is on their own aircraft with a UA pilot listed.
I'm not saying it doesn't suck. I'm saying you haven't been here long enough to call any department at SkyWest pathetic.

I doubt they're wrong. Just because you're using it doesn't mean it's an available benefit to Skywest employees but keep using it at your own risk. Be careful what you wish though. If several hundred employees start using it UAL may decide to strip what crappy benefits OO has even more.

Just for reference, I just started upgrade IOE today. I waited 10.5 weeks from my checkride. My sim partner is getting at least 12 or 13 weeks off!
