Is there a training contract? Is there a contract associated with the $7,500 bonus for already being crj typed? Is there an accelerated training course for those already typed, and if so, what is it like?

I see the most junior fo's in base chart; I am wondering how stable the bases are and if there is movement now or in the foreseeable future. I am considering a lateral move but a large reason is to be based in Denver and not commute. My experience at Mesa in a year has been nothing but base closures, shrinking, and expansion as flying shifts throughout the system.

Sure bases close and open here too like any airline, but Skyw is exceedingly stable on that front...for now.

The DEN base isn't going anywhere. In fact, FlightSafety is building a training facility there for SkyWest and some other company.

Also, are reserve guys getting used much?

Thank you!
ORD is junior. Both on the CRJ and ERJ.

Bump for anyone else that can answer his other questions.

I second that. Denver training center when all done will be bigger then SLC's.. No doubt SkW will be around Denver. They wouldn't have built that unless they got a huge commitment fron United...
