"I want to congratulate you on making an important and solid decision to secure an agreement that places you ahead of pilots at every other airline in our industry."

Yes, that's right, thank you TG. Now congratulations on bamboozling an entire 2/3 of your pilot group into thinking we are getting a good deal when all we are doing is keeping the regional industry alive and well. The shiniest of turds is still a turd!

Congratulations on successfully dragging pay negotiations out for 8 months and getting the pilots to pass off on an INTEREST FREE loan! And not only that, but not having to actually pay out on most of your promises until January 2016!! Make it a full year! That's incredible!

Congrats on somehow getting the pilots to pass off on a 1.5% raise...no wait, that's a 1.5% paycut after inflation this year, 3% next year, and 1.5% the year after. Oops

Congrats on getting SAPA to change the bylaws so new hires, who obviously were going to mortgage their future for a few extra bucks now, will vote yes. They'll be gone anyway soon, right?

Congrats on somehow STILL not paying us block or better like every other airline in the world...

Congrats on giving us all these "QOL increases" which you have no intention of paying up on.

And finally, congrats to all the pilots who voted YES! Congratulations on personally funding the airline you work for out of your own pocket!

That's why ALPA will never make it onto the property. Too many Crack Heads working there sipping the Koolaid and thinking they were voting yes on something useful.

how is this good news?

Not supporting this, BUT at least y'all didn't vote in concessions in exchange for new planes. So thank you. Not sure if this constitutes 'holding the line', but at least you didn't degrade it

It's good news because he is a new hire or considering OO and wants 30 bucks an hour.

I would call it holding the line, but **** the line! Let's blow this regional pig up! Unfortunately we at Skywest chose not to do this today.

It doesn't keep up with inflation. So any new airplane that's comes on property is being flown for less than what you flew it for the year prior.

Umm...no voter here's! And I don't agree that that is a concession. A concession is a loss on what you previously had. Show me one airline that matches inflation in the regional industry.

What you previously had was more buying power with your money.

Nearly 2/3 voted yes & while almost every other regional airline is taking concessions for airplanes, we did not. At the end of the day, we are at a regional airline in order to be truly compensated like you really want, should and need to be we would have to go to a major.

Get in and get out.
