Good thing you guys aren't at some other airlines. I know for our fo's its do or die, no retraining, and limited sim before ride. Glad to hear they want success, and not some bs, half butt way of saving money. Safety first, ha!

2. Although, I have heard stories of the exact scenario above. A little 121 time seems to complete the "magic formula" on a resume for fighter types applying to Fed Ex.

Thanks for the heads up. Honesty isn't a problem. It'll be a fit for both parties or it won't be...

Fresh off interview yesterday. Great experience. They told us (five of us) that classes are planned for the following dates and sizes.

CRJ:
10/22 = 16
11/22 = 16

E120:
8/6 = 20
9/3 = 10
10/1 = 10
11/5 = 10
12/3 = 10

I'm surprised they need that many Bro guys. I've flown 7 hours total in the past two months on reserve in the Bro even on call first.

Yeah, I was kinda wondering about that myself. I guess maybe they have "bigger" plans for the Bro than what they are saying.

They need Bro guys because they have a bunch of them coming up on their one year seat lock. They'll be transitioning to the CRJ... It's crazy how quick your seniority goes up in a junior EMB base like FAT. Last year I went from being on reserve and hardly flying, to bidding better than 50% in just a few months. That was in FAT... Now I'd be around the top 25% if I was still there.

What if they offer you the EMB class and not the RJ?

That's fine. My resume was left by a Bro CA and he has nothing but good things to say.
