Skywest
Does ExpressJet sound like Southwest, or does SkyWest sound like Southwest? That's just the tip of the iceberg. Add in United flights like the following: 6204 BFL/DEN and 6204 DEN/CPR on two different aircraft and flow by two different crews. You have to make sure neither of these flights is in ZDV airspace at the same time, or you change one of the call signs by stub amending it. Your question has been answered. And sorry to kill your ego, but you no longer do more flight segments than SkyWest.
You missed the point. Your examples actually make my point. It's more about call signs assigned by mainline rather than the fact Skywest flies between Alaska and mexico, both of which SWA does very little or no flying there.
At xjt, when BH took over, they started talking about us becoming the Super Regional and the goal of operating 500 aircraft within ALL 50 states and I don't remember what else. He must of been trying to sell the kool aid that he was used to people gulping up over there but here it went over like a led Zeppelin.

My old airline had the same problem but they just dropped the first digit, so 6402 was just 402. If we still needed a different call sign they would call it 1402.

Oh there are some really dumb things that go on in screw support but it is from the managers. I had a trip a few months back that they adjusted to 10 hours of rest in base, and when I called to let them know that it did not provide 8 hours of rest they said they don't have to give you that.
It would have only been 30 more minutes, but since they refused I could not legally accept the flight.

If 10 hours from release is truly enough for 8 hours S.O., I don't change anything, but typically, legs that involve customs and/or lengthy van rides leave <9 hours left over...they want us to shower and shave, usually we like to eat sometime. I haven't figured out how to do any of that in my sleep yet.

Nevets, I think you've probably realized it's time to quit arguing with the troll here who clearly does not operate in the NAS with any regularity. Every one else on here but him realizes that he continues to keep missing the point. But it's interesting that he actually missed both points here, the second being about two call signs in the air at the same time. I would've thought a dispatcher or coordinator would have piped up on that but he hasn't. Guess someone has to keep the River Road urinals sparkling.

Correction he kind of mentioned two call signs in the air at the same time. Probably not the janitor. Other point still stands.

Seriously. Adding the letters into the call signs is EFFING annoying. Just drop the first number! Or change it to a 1 or something!

I already explained why simply dropping a number or changing a number doesn't solve the problem. But I'm done explaining it. Good day, everyone.
