Your comments ^^^ about your own coworkers say much more about your persona than about the new guys radio work. Typical behavior for those who are insecure about their own (flying) abilities. Time for a line check for you so we can all learn from your greatness.
Probably has a "My other car is an airplane" license plate frame....

CCB, you must've just been born out of your mother's womb wearing 20 bars on each shoulder, some aviator sun glasses, and some David Clark's on your head as God's gift to aviation huh? You were perfect your first day on the job at the airlines without a care in the world. That's a rude and unprofessional attitude. Your criticisms are far more appreciated being constructive than just completely labeling a guy who probably worked hard to get to where he is and is new to the job. Be part of the solution rather than part of the problem. There are too many problems out there for you to add to the mess. There's more than one way to go about discussing such an issue you heard on the radio like that. To totally berate your coworker like that is just unprofessional.

Oddly enough he was gonna get the block anyway, outside of showing just how new and clueless you are, try listening instead of being the RJ knowitall. Open mouth does nothing but catch flies, and proves everyone else's point.

New guy, remove head from sphincter, breathe. It was about new guys who think they are still working the radio at the local class D airport on a Thursday afternoon. So it was you, huh?
If you listen to the radio chatter hearing the planes on both sides of you push, and traffic being told to hold short of the taxi way right behind you, it's called situational awareness. You ain't pushing until the traffic behind you is gone, or you can ask the tug driver, "anyone behind us" before clogging up the freq, with your inane BS chit chat CB trucker lingo "good buddy" chat.

Agreed. I cringe when I hear some of our 35+ year widebody captains talk on the radio.
