I think you are mistaken, but I could be wrong. There is nothing in the Skywest 10K filing reflecting ownership of any simulators.
Page 34 lists properties owned / leased by Skywest.
:SKYW Annual Report 10-K Filling
There is some other interesting information in there too regarding fleet plans, contracts, etc. Skywest Inc. is gonna get a lot smaller in the next few years.

For you guys that are savvy with the SEC reports, is there any adjustment on FFD contracts based on inflation, stated or otherwise?

I think that everyone who keeps a war to the ground knows that a large part of Uniteds plans are to get rid of 50 seaters. Of course Skywest inc includes expressjet which has a ton of 50 seaters especially of the variety least conducive to passenger comfort the e145. As can be seen with the planes that are losing (100 odd) the fleet size of SkyWest INC has already been decreased significantly. Thankfully their attrition has kept pace with the aircraft leaving

I don't think that the Erj is less conducive to passenger comfort compared to the CRJ. And when you take performance into consideration, it seems like the erj would be a better aircraft to keep around longer. The only other variable is the cost to UAL of operating these separate types by different regional airlines. Which of course, xjt would probably lose.

People don't care how long it takes to get to altitude, they do care about not green tagging anything and you have a better chance of that on any plane other than the 145. Don't get me wrong the 200 is overdue for retirement but is the lesser of two evils

If you have not read the 10K report, you should. Specifically, look at the number of airframes being discarded and contract expirations. Look at the net revenue disparity between the sister companies.
I'm not poking the bear. I'm just looking at the numbers.
