For those keeping track, I just got the call for an interview with 2900/270, no 121 time, mostly military. It sounds like they're currently filling slots for the next two weeks.

Thanks for the update and all the best for your interview. I applied online yesterday with about 2840/360, mostly CFI and some 135 time. I hope they get back to me soon too.

The closer we get to August 2013 when the 1500 ATP rule kicks in the more reluctant SkyWest will be to hire at their current minimums. They want to be absolutely sure that you will have time to hit 1500 TT by then. I have heard they prefer candidates with +1200 hours right now. I'm sure that will keep creeping upward.

What you heard is FALSE. Will the required minimums change? Yes, but it hasn't happened yet. When they change the minimums, you will see an update on skywest.com...until then, published/required minimums are 1000/100.

S.L. posted that they are only interviewing at 1200 hours TTL right now. So while the published minimums are still saying 1000, one won't get an interview until 1200.
