SEA, PDX - very senior, years to be awarded
SFO, PSP, LAX, PHX - relatively senior among the new hires in the last 18 months
MSP still junior
Roll the dice with the rest

Upgrade time means nothing. When I was hired in January 2008 the RJ was 11 months and Brazilia 9 months. I am now over 4 years and just got off reserve in SLC as an FO. Granted in MSP I would be a senior FO.
The most junior RJ Captain has been here 5 years I believe. The most junior Brazilia captain 4.5 years but it could change overnight to 1 year or 10 years.

Thanks dodgerk for your info too ... that adds to my education that 'change' is the key word.

They've been busy closing a lot of bases that have been around forever(that people actually wanted like SAN/CLD/MRY/SMF/SBA), and opening new ones like MSP and IAH that go really junior that few want!

Do you think they will just keep the mins at 1000/100 and require an ATP with the new rules? I'm using the GI Bill to finish my degree online from ERAU (went to the Daytona campus for the ratings and 1/2 the degree). I'm planning to get my CFI in the next couple months and I'm currently at 400/100, so I'm not too far from the 1000 tt requirement and I'm also about 8 months from completing my degree from ERAU.
I just unsure if they'll start requiring 1500tt here in the near future or stick with the current mins?
Clear as mud?

I would assume so. They just opened it a few years ago, and it's a MX base. They've been awarding it a lot lately, and I was recently awarded it for my CRJ transition. It's more junior than DEN, and there are a lot of new hires from the past year over there. I've only been at Skywest a year, but will be a guaranteed line holder in COS. The flying is a mix of 200/700.
But as I'm sure you know, anything could happen!
