Your right to freedom of speech under the 1st Ammendment is protected from Congress, not the owners/operators of YouTube.

1st Amendment does not in any way prevent an employer from limiting your speech or firing you if they don't like something you said, in public or private. There are legal protections for certain specific speech activities against an employer, such as union activities and whistleblowing.
The government cannot even restrict your right to tell harmful lies either, but anyone damaged by said lies (slander or libel) can sure as heck sue your butt...that's between you and them.
