Default How do you know if you get a SAD?

I keep hearing this SAD term being used often (fairly new hire). I know what it means but how do you know if you actually get one from CS? Or does it just go to the CP without you knowing?

Red block that says SAD on Sked+

Also in the search bar on SWOL search “my reliability”. That will list it all off
