Weird seeing someone confidently reveal they know absolutely nothing about what's being discussed.

They introduced the contract when they had more CJOs than slots as a way to sell access. THey have now trained the pool that no contract = no class. So everyone signs and we are back with more CJO's than slots. The window where signing = immediate CJO has passed.

yep. If you didn't sign the contract a few months ago hoping things got better based off advise on here from people already comfortable in their careers then that should then that should be a significant life lesson on following advice from anonymous people you don't know.

Default Classes Pushed

Myself and a couple of others waiting, as well as those currently in class have finally recieved a response. January is my INDOC for CRJ after accepting the CJO August 28th. Due to the holidays, limited training staff, and the multitude of people who signed, this is the reality. No telling how far out ERJ is.

Best advice I ever got was "don't chase airframes".

100% Correct. Take the first available or risk having nothing available. I do not care what they put me in as long as I get on board.
