Hard to understand? Its not hard to understand, and never made that claim. My comment was that people who are looking for good advice in this forum equates to someone looking for relationship advice on tinder. So not sure how you came to your conclusion.

What's the word on training in December at SkyWest - does that happen? Also, are they slowing?

Not sure about December but heard that in the next few months 50% or more of the instructors are headed back to flying the line.

Then what are doing on APC giving your thoughts? I read some great advice a page back actually. It said something like don’t go to an airline that binds you into a contract that requires you to stay for at least 5 years or you pay a penalty of 80k. Sounds like a sucker deal to me.

Sounds like you know you’re on the wrong side of an argument and now you’re trying to deflect. Now “nobody should be listening to anyone” yeah ok buddy.

How is someone on the wrong side of an argument when they dont care about whats being argued? You are fishing for something to cause drama with me when there is nothing.

Why is the contract a bad deal for new hires? 1600hrs PIC can be done in 2 years.

In a perfect world - possibly. But it'll likely take 6 mos to get through initial and IOE and on the line. Then depending, on how long you have to sit reserve and not get used (which could be lengthy right now with the stagnation), it'll take 18mos or more to get that 1st 1000. Then upgrade training. THEN you can start working on that 1600 PIC.
It's likely a 4 year commitment if everything works in your favor and you don't slow roll your FO time, which is honestly the only enjoyable quality of life time you'll have at OO.
