How do you request a pria from an employer yourself as a pilot? not PRD, but actual pria from the employer directly.

Don’t dump on them because you think some how you’ve “reached the top.”
Taking a dump on the regionals and taking a dump on regional pilots are two completely different things. I also hope the regionals die. I came from the regionals and I’m overjoyed hearing about how fast people are able to ditch those places and get on a mainline.

I hate posting on these forums because it seems to just go over everyone’s heads.

I seem to recall something like this a couple years ago on the fb life after page, and someone posted the email for pilot records. Good luck!
Thanks, I have texted and emailed everyone I have contact for (at least 6 teaining instructors and 1 in the records department) including Davis von Wagoner (the trialing manager) and have had zero response unfortunately.

They have an email now, "pria@" to request. I just emailed them and asked. It came a few weeks later with the bad info. Now, raido silence.

Don't know how to individually request a PRIA without being an "air carrier".

It seems that you know how to access your records via the PRD. I would check those before requesting a PRIA through a new employer. From there you can put things in dispute.

You can get copies of the requested PRIA by the check box on the 8060-11A form that you fill out for the PRIA requests

Ask anyone on the outside of the regionals looking to be in. You hit a sweet spot.

I've been around for a couple decades and did some of that kind of flying.

My PRIA record had an erroneous failure in it, I caught it because I checked fortunately. No smoking gun there, but several friends *also* had similar issues.

I'm not going to say it's a malicious conspiracy, but I will say it seems to happen a lot more than it should, and you should check your records regularly, and immediately before any interview.

If you still work there, they will probably give you a copy. I'm not 100% certain that they are required to but I think most do.

If you no longer work there, they are only *required* to provide a copy when and if they send it to another airline. So you'd have to interview somewhere, fill out the PRIA authorization, and check the box indicating that you want a copy. Even then it's hit and miss if they actually mail it to you. Other than that all you can do is ask, and hope they're not too busy... generally they don't have a lot of bandwidth, or any printer toner or stamps to spare for ex pilot employees.

How about the new PRD system? I thought I heard we could access that as an individual entity, not a company

From what I have been told, former employees typically contact [email protected] with issues and then they send it out to the groups that need it.
