Hello! I left SkyWest two years ago and not that I'm getting ready to interview, I requested and received a PRIA from my previous employers. Skywest put a code on my Pria that is definitely incorrect and I'd like to get them to fix it without getting lawyers involved. Does anyone have any suggestions on who yo contact? Thanks

This. What a crappy and narcissistic attitude. “I went to the regionals, got hired at a ULCC and now I’m at Delta, regionals should die.” Be humble about how you got where you are and realize there are hundreds of pilots out there with differing situations. Don’t dump on them because you think some how you’ve “reached the top.”

I hate posting on these forums because it seems to just go over everyone’s heads.

For OP. I dont have any numbers. I would start calling training if you still have any contacts there and see if you can get the email or number for pilot records.
I seem to recall something like this a couple years ago on the fb life after page, and someone posted the email for pilot records. Good luck!

It seems that you know how to access your records via the PRD. I would check those before requesting a PRIA through a new employer. From there you can put things in dispute.
You can get copies of the requested PRIA by the check box on the 8060-11A form that you fill out for the PRIA requests

You and many other had no experience or ability before being babied in the right seat. The pilots who came before did a lot of real six pack hand flying then to be exploited by commuters only to be furloughed. Today it is a great job for people with or without experience. Ask anyone on the outside of the regionals looking to be in. You hit a sweet spot.
I've been around for a couple decades and did some of that kind of flying.
My PRIA record had an erroneous failure in it, I caught it because I checked fortunately. No smoking gun there, but several friends *also* had similar issues.
I'm not going to say it's a malicious conspiracy, but I will say it seems to happen a lot more than it should, and you should check your records regularly, and immediately before any interview.

If you still work there, they will probably give you a copy. I'm not 100% certain that they are required to but I think most do.
If you no longer work there, they are only *required* to provide a copy when and if they send it to another airline. So you'd have to interview somewhere, fill out the PRIA authorization, and check the box indicating that you want a copy. Even then it's hit and miss if they actually mail it to you. Other than that all you can do is ask, and hope they're not too busy... generally they don't have a lot of bandwidth, or any printer toner or stamps to spare for ex pilot employees.
