If the recruiter said summer for you I sure as heck better be getting a class date ASAP because I was hired on last December

All of your training and your checkride will be in the -200. The type rating you get out of it technically covers you to fly all three variants. However you’ll go through a differences class to familiarize you with the -700/-900. Differences training is just a day of ground and a day of sims, since all three planes are pretty similar.

But you don’t do differences until AFTER your initial LOE. My advice is to just pretend that the -700/-900 don’t even exist and just focus on the Deuce. The training is difficult but rewarding.

You seem to be misunderstanding the fact that you are not hired at an air line until day one of Indoc. Keep applying at every regional and take the first class date
