There is some wording in there that suggests forced upgrades, and technically they could already force them per the policy manual.

yes. This.

“First officers who are involuntarily assigned an upgrade class per policy will begin to receive captain pay when they get their notification”

Here’s a nice 20K bonus if you upgrade or stay until Oct. Here’s another one for 2023, Whoops- psych!!! You gotta be quicker, you almost had it you fools.
Good luck with that tactic.

There’s only one note of QOL improvement offered by management. It allows their Crew Support to more easily contact you for a quicker reflow via your tablet. See, QOL has been improved! I’m sure there’s no way that this will be exploited beyond all belief. Forget the camel getting in the tent, this one brings the whole zoo with it.

The only one that I saw was the elimination of Stand Alone ready reserve, for the period of the agreement.
In other words, We're going to break up a local trip amongst 3 reserves and give each a quick turn followed by ready. Then when the agreement you're voting for now expires, we'll have you all used to that treachery and will add Stand alone ready back into the mix.
