The Terminator went to the 175, I'm not sure about Iceman. TT forced the former into an LCA class AND into the sim, despite the protests of both directors and hiring managers. Not good for LCA or Instructor morale. Or students! It was a terrible, ego driven leadership decision.

That type of behavior would never fly at the majors. But because he’s typically evaluating a bunch of newbie kids in their 20’s with no strong voice’s yet, he gets away with it.
It’s also why ST has received multiple TBNT from the majors. Those same “kids” are now grown adults with strong voices at said majors. He’s a perfect example of why you don’t burn bridges in this career.

That’s what I’ve heard as well. He screams at you for both the KV and LOE, then tells you how terrible you were after, then tells you congratulations you passed.

I totally agree. There is a ton of dramatization going on here, and it’s easy to pick out the 2 or 3 posters that are doing it.
For new folks reading sensationalized posts, please realize that while the Regional lifestyle is definitely not as glamorous as working for a Major, life at SkyWest is not what some here are making it out to be. No job is perfect and sure, there are always things that can be improved, but there are a lot of happy people here and unprecedented movement happening.
