Thanks! I checked the websites for Crew Outfitters and M&H and I don’t see the Strongbags on there, so maybe not. How much of a discount did you get?

I wanna say it was $25-50 off original price. Probably closer to $50...i recall it being significant. I'm not sure if it'll work online though. Might have to buy one in person to get the SW discount.

Nope. And it's not an option to buy with your eventual uniform allotment. I bought mine before I even had an airline job in my sights, and I would do it again. But just like buying better uniform shirts, you'll have to go buy it with your own money.

The Stongbags are far superior to the Luggage Works bags.

Default EJet upgrades

I want to move to DEN. If I move from my current regional with 1,000 hours of 121 time, how long do you think it would take to upgrade? And would I be able to stay in DEN?

Pre Covid, i would have told you immediately. We did have a few DEC. Now days, anything anyone tells you is a guesstimate at best and a direct lie at worst.
Which airframe are you looking to go to?
The 175 is super senior and you need about 5 year seniority to be the plug.
And due to covid we probably have over 1000 FO's who meet the requirement to upgrade and have their bid in. So at the moment i would not expect to upgrade any time soon.

On a good note, DEN is growing like crazy right now and is one of, if not the most junior bases we have.

I’d probably choose whichever offered the fastest upgrade, but I’m curious about the routes also.

175 ORD was 3.5 years to be the plug precovid.

The CRJ was the quickest upgrade precovid obviously but idk if that’s the case as we push into 2022. 30% of our CRJ fleet are 200’s. As the 200’s come offline and more 175’s come online into 2022 I think upgrade times are going to shift to be fairly similar.

Obviously it’s still up for debate if the 200’s are really being retired.

ERJ FOs are currently moving to the CRJ for their upgrade.

DEN is very junior for both platforms.

That’s all today. Tomorrow no one knows.
