I've been waiting a few weeks for a hiring decision from Skywest. I interviewed on Oct 25th for an FO position. I am eligible for an unrestricted ATP and had positive comments from the captain that interviewed me.
He said I should have an answer within a couple weeks from the company. This was echoed shortly later by my recruiter. It's coming up on a month now and no response (good or bad) and I have not been able to get in touch with the recruiter. Has anyone else had issues like this for so long on just getting answer?
I get they are busy and swamped with hiring but this just seems a bit much when I cannot even find anyone to give me an answer.

I have a class start date in March with Endeavor. SkyWest was my first choice but it is looking like Endeavor may be the better option.

I interviewed November 7th. Talked to many friends who had heard back in 3 days to a week and a half tops. I haven’t heard anything.

After multiple emails and calls to my recruiter I finally got one back and it said they are still waiting on a final decision from the Pilot Review Board. Not sure what that means, but it’s the first response I’ve gotten.

I had emailed my interviewer last week and he told me all he could say is be patient and it’s most likely a good thing I haven’t heard. If it was a no they would have said something by now.

Well not sure if it is progress or not, but had a small update. I got sent an auto email thanking me for the interview (which was 5 weeks ago) and then filing out a pilot survey on why SkyWest and other HR questions.
Maybe it means I was moved from post-interview bin to the other.
No other response back though.

Everybody I know that's applied, or have a class date got that email, so think it's just a mass email. FWIW, I interviewed around 5 weeks ago, sent a follow up a week later, and got a CJO with my pick between Jan-May for a ERJ class.

My buddy who has a start date got that same email. I just got it yesterday too but I’m still waiting for a job offer after about 4 weeks. I just plan on emailing about once a week and see if something comes up.

Default Chances of PHX on the CRJ?

I have an interview with Skywest next week, and assuming it goes well, what are realistic class dates looking like? Also would like to be PHX based on the CRJ, so I’m trying to shoot for that and am curious how hard/wait it would be to get it?
I’ve also been trying to do some looking around into Skywest’s new FO pay, but haven’t seen anything if they’re offering bonuses for new hires, or more only on captain side of things?

I interviewed about 2 weeks ago, got the CJO yesterday and was offered a December CRJ class. Hope that helps

Is there a reason that ATL is so junior for the CRJ? I would think that it wold be a sought after base.

It is new…a few months old. It has had a history of appearing and disappearing.
