Ok, thank you for the perspective. Although, with the new Mesa Airlines pay it may be a moot point but I appreciate your response. Commuting would be a bit more tolerable with a bit better pay.

ERJ Captain in LAX is currently at 14 months. Getting it as an FO won't take years.

Phoenix base is available on the ERJ?

Envoy opening a PHX base...encroaching on OO territory.

Does this make PHX OO 175 base more likely? Less likely? Same sort of likely?

How many PHX based OO pilots just scheduled their interview/orientation?

Also, the seniority list clerk got back from labor day....another 40+ gone from OO over the weekend...OOF.

This place is falling off so fast. I’m glad I was able to get out earlier than later. I also find it interesting that a week after your TA gets pulled they still haven’t sent out the abbreviations or whatever. You really think those guys in SGU don’t already have a 2.0 TA ready to go?

The pilots over at envoy have been making $200 for the last 3 months. Do the math, your management could offer you $30 more than Envoy pay rates and you’d still make less in a year because of the delays in the contract. Pilots who upgrade at this company never get rewarded I swear, just empty promises from the likes of TTG, and horrific quality of life until you get an offer elsewhere. It’s so brutal.

Now Envoy gets a PHX 175 base before OO! 😂😂 That’s so bad.

I think the Envoy move was to cover Mesa. Mesa is/was on thin ice. If this TA pulls it off for them. Great. If not, Envoy is there to pick up the slack.. I’m sure these wheels were set in motion 6 months ago…
