This post reeks of out of touch SAPA rep.

Consider, just maybe, some people would actually like to stay at OO but they have interviews/offers that are 1-3x the pay of the existing SkyWest contract and they have to make a decision soon.

Bird in the hand is worth two in the bush, and all that....but the bird in my hand appears to be bleeding to death and hasn't said anything useful in months.

You're just as condescending as you sound on the conference calls.

^Exactly the position I’m in. These SAPA reps are easy to spot on APC.

In my lunchbox cooler, I typically carry an energy drink for each day plus a few other things. I've searched on Google, but an easy answer is not readily available.

Some FAs are known for packing multiple bottles of wine for the overnights (esp the 30+ hour ones).

I’ve been randomed (in uniform) with a 2-liter bottle of soda in my rollaboard, to feed my Diet Mountain Dew addiction. TSA didn’t bat an eye.

If it’s the certain rep I’m thinking of then yep. Agreed. Very unhelpful comments all around from this particular person, I am shocked more people don’t call them out on it too.

How is the soft-pay for FO's at current pay rates? Looks like 1st year FO guarantee comes out to $42k year?

60k+ is possible first year if you learn the system and pick stuff up. My 3rd year as an FO I grossed around 90k. Granted that was working hard with a good amount of 150% OT trips.

If you just do the minimum Id say 50k ish is a reasonable outlook. At least until SAPA decides to tell us something about the secret new TA…

You talk the same BS in the SAPA forums pushing your constant negativity because if the world isn’t revolving around your best interest it’s doom and gloom.
I wish i was in top 5%. Speaking of 5%, add 7% to that and you have the TA. It will be an immediate Go Around for me. And this time I'll try not to fly into anything.
