Yeah, don't do this. If you get randomed and you're not in uniform, go through screening like you're supposed to do and take your chances on the TSA letting you keep your liquids. If they know you're coming from KCM they might just let you keep them regardless of what you're wearing. Maybe it's luck, but I've never had them take anything from my bags and I've been randomed in civilian clothes quite a few times. A polo is not "in uniform" though, and I wouldn't expect them to treat you like it is.

Nice, my dog walker also told me it's going to be $169 an hour plus every 8 hours a dedicated flight crew massage therapist does our shoulders.

Everyone is waiting for some game changer pay package but the reality is its going to be an underwhelming 10-15 dollar raise. Maybe.

And then watch the average credit values go down to make the net change zero.

Exactly. Not having anyone to negotiate on behalf of the pilots sucks. Mgnt tells their mouthpiece sapa what to sell the pilots.

You probably won’t be doing THAT at a legacy.
Its perfectly acceptable across many industries to have a uniform of the day. Not misrepresenting anything... not that working for a major makes one and more professional but I can guarantee there are plenty of legacy pilots doing THAT.

Genius

I have some good news for you then, every major carrier has union representation. So here’s an idea everyone would love, you should leave.

Is the info somewhere between optimistic and realistic or on par with all the reasons people are saying OO doesn’t have to make big change?

New first officers if you are in IMC or there is wx ahead please turn on your weather radar. This may not apply to you personally if you already do this.
