I've been off IOE for a few weeks and have been fortunate enough to not be randomed yet. Once I am randomed though, I know there is a liquid exemption for crewmemebrs in uniform, but I was wondering are there any limitations as to how much liquid you can bring in? In my lunchbox cooler, I typically carry an energy drink for each day plus a few other things. I've searched on Google, but an easy answer is not readily available.

Do yourself a favor, buy a SkyWest polo shirt from the company store and use it while traveling. If you get randomed it is considered being in uniform. So all the same rules apply... Best 15$ i've spent...

disclaimer: this works MOST of the time. You will encounter a certain few smurfs who will be insistent this is not considered a uniform. When that happens dont argue or cause a scene just follow whatever liquid rules they want at that time because it would be a PITA to lose you KCM over a few energy drinks.

Because it’s not a uniform. Misrepresenting yourself to a federal agency. Genius.
You probably won’t be doing THAT at a legacy.

Misrepresenting yourself…as a Skywest crew member? What?

Default New Contract?

A buddy who flies at Skywest said the new contract would come out today, is that information correct?

That’s what the van driver at LAX said. Seems legit.
