Will be interesting to see- wondering if FO pay will be in the $60 range year 1 and a big bump (from current) to retain captains?

IDGAF if our free of charge “representation” was made up of Whitey Bulger and the Winter Hill Gang if I’m being honest. It’s either going to set the bar higher and change the entire industry for the better, or just be a massive dud.

Unlike most AIP’s, absolutely nothing has leaked somehow. So whatever drops tomorrow or early next week will be hopefully well worth the wait.

Haven’t seen the results it but I’m betting the Winter Hill Gang would have brought more leverage to the negotiations!

Go listen to the 8/4 SAPA conference call. AA had some doozies in there.

Another gem was where he explained something about how, “the only reason people leave skywest is so you can say you work at Delta at parties…because if you tell people that you work at skywest they say, ‘oh I LOVE southwest’…”

Felt at times like I was listening to a drunk uncle tell stories at Thanksgiving.

Again, I wish I was making this stuff up.

And yes, I’m still a CFI but I get paid to fly a big shiny OO jet. Albeit at half the rate a WO pilot gets paid…

I don't even work here anymore but have seen multiple "leaks" whether or not they are accurate.

The latest one that was sent to me yesterday is pretty solid if true... Would be a good proposal for your pilot group.

Hoping for the best for you guys!

In this market SAPA is mostly irrelevant, as they usually are. The company needs to stem attrition or make plans to be half the size they are now, market forces.
