As nebulous as this is, it's at least vaguely different than the exact same updates we've gotten the last however many weeks. That said, "keep your expectations in the realm of reality" - SAPA.

I'd expect FO pay to at least match Air f'ing Wisconsin's 60/hr starting pay and I will be shocked if it's a dollar more. No idea what captains will get.
I think its going to be complicated. Pilots want money and QOL. Company is going to want retention so they do not spend the millions they currently are on training people to have the leave in a few months- before they upgrade so they can get the future captain his first 1000 hours of 121 time.

Rather than simple pay scale increases and solid QOL improvements- I think it will be complicated with time and performance requirements

Of course it's going to be complicated!

Default Base Question

How senior is ORD for FO/CA, and does Skywest reimburse out of domicile parking for Commuters?

It is one of the most junior domiciles, and yes, you get free parking or you can elect to get money for a transit pass.

What % of OO pilots have a CJO or at least interview in their back pocket waiting to see what the new contract looks like?

My guess is 25%.

If the “long term sustainable” offer doesn’t excite people I expect that things will get lonely around here fast…

If that be the case, I’ll be a hard no vote on it.

there is nothing OO can offer to make you stay if you have an offer from pretty much anyone else. They might be able to curb ULCC attrition for a guaranteed spot at a legacy / WN / UPS / FedEx but nothing else would convince me to stay.

I don't think they can even curb the ULCC path. Too many people, myself included, received legacy interview invites after getting the airbus type from the ULCCs. Everyone should be trying to leave OO by any path they can, U/LCC, Big 6.

I’m seeing some doom and gloom here and would like to solicit opinions if possible. I chose SkyWest because I live at a relatively junior base and I am currently unable to relocate. If it helps I’ve been given the ERJ. I have several offers from other regional airlines but everyone except Piedmont has class dates pushed out until next year. I guess this narrows down my choices to SkyWest or Piedmont. My concern with the WO is the 50 seater and the commute to PHL which I’ll likely get assigned. If there’s any other information I should provide to help just ask. I’m obviously new to the 121 side and appreciate all of the assistance I can get.
